United Christian Broadcasters (UCB)

United Christian Broadcasters (UCB)On Tuesday the 12th July, Rachel and I had the privilege to lead worship for UCB. We love this Ministry and have been blessed to grow up reading their ‘Word for today’ and listening to their broadcasts. I was interviewed by UCB during 2015 on the theme of worship leading – you can listen to the interview on their website.

It was fantastic to hear testimonies about how God is using this Ministry to encourage people and to save them from their current situations. New hope restored, fresh vision and a light in a dark world.

We continue to pray for His blessing on UCB, and that they fulfill His calling across the nation!

Worship Training Day

Worship Training DayWe were delighted to host our first Worship Workshop and evening Awakening meeting in Cumbria on Saturday 25th June. Our desire was to bless the North of England, gathering worshippers together to lift His Name and to create an opportunity for everyone to make new friends with a desire to worship. We were supported by a fantastic team of people who were such a blessing to share with and lead people into His presence.

During the day we had times of singing and worshipping, and spoke on key areas to build worship teams and everyone who loves to worship. Some of these areas were as follows:

1) What worship is – worshipping together and individually etc.

2) Strategy and vision – church and individual vision and strategy.

3) Building a worship set, song writing etc.

It was lovely to see many old friends and make many new friends. We were encouraged to see other like-minded worshippers who were prepared to set time aside in busy lives, come together and praise and worship Him. Some friends had travelled many miles to be with us, and we appreciate their love and desire to build His Kingdom with us.

The evening Awakening meeting was an awesome time in His presence. We led people into worship and our friend Barry Hawthorne (whom we had met in Northern Ireland) spoke and prayed with many people. It was beautiful to see so many lives touched by God’s presence, and we continue to pray and believe for breakthroughs in every area of lives.

Rachel and I are excited to be in the planning stages for many similar events and we look forward to sharing more details with you in the future.

Stay strong!

Hollybush Christian Fellowship

Hollybush Christian FellowshipWe were excited to visit our good friends over at Hollybush in Northallerton, Yorkshire at the beginning of May. It is always a blessing to lead worship and minister, encouraging people to breakthrough and never give up in fulfilling His calling for them. Our team was a fantastic support and enabled the atmosphere to change to welcome the Holy Spirit to have His way, and to create an environment for His will to be done.

After a time of worshipping Him with singing and praising, I spoke on ‘More than now’. This encouraged people that no matter what they had gone through and where they were at in life, there is still a future with Him. It’s important to never give up, to believe His Word above every word of man, to dream and hope again and to believe for breakthroughs in every area of life. It was a privilege to pray with many people at the end of the meeting with the team.

We are already looking forward to returning to Hollybush this year and are excited about all that He is going to do during the meetings.

Northern Ireland – March 2016

Northern Ireland has and always will be close to my heart due to mum (Shirley) being from County Down and enjoying many family holidays in my younger years. During these younger years, I experienced some phenomenal meetings and the tangible presence of God as many worshippers gathered as one to lift high the name of Jesus. Rachel and I are excited to be invited to more events in the country and look forward to seeing this develop further.

It was a privilege to be invited to lead worship at the Easter Conference at Mountain Lodge Church. The team joined with many anointed Ministers (some family friends from many years ago) from across different locations and lifted His name high above Northern Ireland. The Conference theme was ‘Adventure with Purpose’ and it was great to see many lives impacted by Him – encouraging them to keep going, never give up, to be attractive and that every person has a destiny. Great words spoken and now the key is to implement these words as actions!

I was led to introduce ‘Heal our Land’ at the Conference – the words were to encourage people to be the light in a dark world, to reach out and help the hopeless, for the barren to live again and for every chain to be broken in His name! Rachel and I trust this impacted many lives and the words resonated in many hearts as each person returns to their own homes and work.

We met many new friends at the Conference, were blessed by the love and care by each person at the Church and are excited to hopefully return again in the future.

Chipping – February 2016

44167287_sOur Team led worship and I spoke at Chipping (Lancashire) in February. It was great to see all ages worshipping together and wanting to make a difference in the local area.

I spoke on ‘Too near to quit’ and encouraged people that no matter what circumstances they are facing, they may be on the verge of a breakthrough in their lives. He provides hope in the face of adversity, and when everything seems against us – He is for us and will never leave us or forsake us!

We enjoyed blessing this local Church and pray all His best on each person and family as they seek to fulfill His calling on their lives.
